Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/No Show/Reschedule Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation/rescheduling fee to cover the potential earnings lost due to the short notice.
Please remember that when a lash artist is unable to work, they do not earn income. We appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy, which is designed to protect both you and your lash artist.
